BOOKINGS
Bookings can be sought by contacting us by telephone on 0461 334 383 or by booking on our website. We will contact you promptly to arrange a mutually convenient time. Your booking is not confirmed until:
a) You have supplied your credit card details (see below); and
b) ORO Aesthetics staff contact you by email setting out the time for your appointment.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
All new clients at ORO Aesthetics are required to supply credit card details via a booking link on our website to secure their initial appointment. These are kept on file.

Cosmetic Injectable appointments will require a $250 deposit which will be forfeited in the event of cancellation within 48 hours.
All other appointments require a $100 deposit which will be forfeited in the event of cancellation within 48 hours.

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
Prior to your initial appointment, ORO Aesthetics staff will send you forms for you to record your details. Please complete these forms prior to arrival to ensure that the consultation can commence on time.

It is important for you to provide a complete medical history (including all previous treatments and the effects of those treatments) so that we can fully assess whether or not specific treatments are suitable for you. ORO Aesthetics can take no responsibility for any negative consequences that occur if you fail to provide us with relevant health information that might have led us to make different treatment recommendations.

REMINDERS
If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
Due to an overwhelming number of Covid related cancellations and revised government guidelines, we have updated our cancellation policy with immediate effect.

If you need to reschedule your appointment at short notice due to COVID, we will require a copy of your positive PCR result in order for our standard policy $100 cancellation fee to be waived.

ATTENDANCE
When you attend ORO Aesthetics, our staff will go through your preliminary information to confirm your medical history and discuss your wishes. We will then recommend the treatments that we consider best as well as other options for treatment, and discuss the pros and cons of each option. We will also provide you with an estimate of the costs of each option – although the final cost varies depending on how much product we use (and that amount cannot be known until we see how your body reacts to the product).

ORO Aesthetics welcomes any questions that you have in relation to the various options we discuss, as it is important for you to be completely comfortable in the decision you eventually make. You can end the attendance for any reason and you can take a break or call other people if you wish to discuss the options.

PAYMENT
ORO Aesthetics requires prompt payment at the completion of your attendance. We accept credit card but do not accept cash, cheques or money transfer unless prior arrangements have been made.

AFTERCARE
ORO Aesthetics staff will provide you with an information sheet setting out how you should manage your skin after your treatment. This information is important and following our advice will optimise your procedure. ORO Aesthetics can take no responsibility for any negative consequences that occur if you fail to comply with our instructions.

WARRANTIES
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
1. to cancel your service contract with us; and
2. to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Our liability for breach of, or failure to comply with any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, or other rights in relation to the supply of services that cannot be excluded, is limited to (at our discretion):
1. the supplying of the services again; or
2. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
